I am working on an H4 Winds campaign map. I was able to playtest it in H4, but then after making some revisions it no longer shows up on the list of maps in H4!
I have verified that the .h4c file is still in the correct (maps) folder, and that the map can still be edited.
Anybody know what I might have done to the map to cause this behavior?
TIA
H4 Map disappears from list of maps

There's a number of reasons this could happen, I think one of the most common is that the map has no win condition or the win condition is already met at start (ie you must eliminate all opponents, but there's only 1 player on the map). I also think perhaps if there are no human players on the map. Yet another reason could be that there's no text in the Map Descripition.

Did you check it for 'Intended for Multi-player? Those are always at the bottom, and thus the map might not be where it's 'supposed' to be.
Example:
Map name: Thelonious
You'd expect it under the T, but if you check 'Intended for Multi-player' it appears in the section of multi-player maps, at the bottom with the T.
You can easely overlook this.

Missing map solved
With all of your advice, I finally determined that the problem was cause by my having checked 'standard victory condition' in parts 2 and 3 of the campaign.
Thank you all!
