HeroesIII; MP3 Files Substitution

Unread postby Nucleon » 18 Feb 2006, 03:02

One thing that makes Nucleon stick to HOMM3 is the music, beautiful, delicate and enthralling. He likes the romantic tones, the subtle background noises and all.

However, He tends to rather dislike the battle tracks, all 5 of them (which are quite alike IHO by the way). So He replaced them.

His personal favorites for this purpose are two tracks from Vangelis' "Alexander" soundtrack (a must for every HOMM fan but he disgress): "Preparation" and "The Drums of Gaugamela". The later one makes every battle epic, putting Nucleon hairs on their end each time; He actually stops the fight to listen to the tune!

He also changed the Rampart theme with "Across the Mountains", from the same album.

Suggestions or commentaries?

I have a question!

Why didn't I think of that?
