A plea, if someone is acquinted: I'm trying for the first time to record a Heroes 3 game, but I'm having problems. If I use Fraps the game crashes immidiatelly upon record start, and if I use Camstudio or Camtasia I can produce a recording, but no matter what I do I can't get the audio to sound good. There is too much noise and it sounds awful, even if I set the highest possible bitrates.
Please, if someone knows at least how to make a raw recording, where I will get audio and video exactly as it is, so maybe I can compress it later. Thanks in advance.

Didn't have luck with either, but I figured something out about Fraps, but it is so weird: it works now, BUT ONLY if I press F9 while the 3do logo is shown. If I try to record from anywhere else it does nothing, neither screenshot or record. Is there any other way to start the recording save the function keys?
