What were they thinking with all the Mysticism? Voted Neela, because she makes a good secondary.

Aside from the fact that you have to settle with either Scholar or Mysticism, Alchemists are pretty great, as they're well-rounded in primary stats and generally get good secondary picks.

I'll usually go with Mysticism rather than Scholar for a main hero, though Fafner is an option. Neela makes a great castle guard especially if you "teach her a thing or two".
Boosted Genies are great. Thane is an option, but Iona not so much with Intelligence. Josephine makes Iron Golems a considerable threat. Sorcery seems a bit like ironic novelty, but an Alchemist handles it decently.
Piquedram is the loser of the bunch.
The best secondaries are on Torosar and Rissa.
Torosar with Tactics will hardly lose any Master Gremlins early on, and the Ballista special is decent, although he doesn't start with Artillery nor is it particularly easy (or even worthwhile) to get.
Rissa wins for me, the melee power of the army can certainly use the Offense boost, and her special eases the immense resource trouble somewhat.

Neela's special is too powerful to pass her out.
ZZZzzzz....

Voted Thane.

His specialty means stronger and faster genies and his secondary skill means teaching all he knows to his fellow heroes which, depending on the situation, could turn into a powerful tool of training fast new spellcasting army leaders.

Overall quite an enjoyable combination.

Voted for Neela. Armor-Armor-Shield isn't too bad. Although I try to avoid picking Alchemists, I'm much more fond of Wizards for my Tower. :)

Fafner, for having the best special for a main hero. None of them is particularly great with other skills, but Scholar is at least better than Mysticism.

Rissa's free Mercury is fantastic for a backup Hero though, as she basically pays for herself in a week or less.

Neela for specialty.
Rissa is okay, but mercury is not among the most important resources for Tower. I think?

I don't like alchemists but always have one of them - Rissa (and rest of "resource four heroes" if I could hire them), so I choose her.

Neela: armorer skill pumped up is a good thing to have. And she has a pretty nice picture, too bad the skincollour is blue (not that i'm a racist, but if it's blue, i draw the line)!
You can either agree with me, or be wrong...

All alchemists are somewhat crappy, but I voted Fafnir: 1) Sholar, not Mysticism 2) Resistance, which is, if I recall it well, quite rare amongst Alchemists 3) Naga Speciality, the att/def + speed bonus is enough to make Naga Queens more powerfull than Dread Knights 4) Haste, which makes Fafnir start with a good lvl 1 spell. And Air is easy to get for Alchemists, so there is a high chance to get Mass Haste soon; a major advantage.

Yeah, you don't want Scholar on your primary, obviously, but an Armorer specialization is good for any big battle. But then again, the specialist bonus isn't going to be large if you don't level her much (i.e. if she's secondary). Ah well, voted her anyway.
