Heroes 3: Favorite Cleric

I kinda like Adelaide. It's fun to start the game with Frost Ring, (especially since I boosted its power from 10 to 13... B-) )

Rion is definitely the worst: he can't even buy First Aid Tents in the Castle Town (and he may not always start with one).

Ingham is a shady character. Not only does he start with an evil spell (Curse), but look in the Haunted Mansion in MM7, you'll see a portrait of him there, with red glowing eyes!

I kind of like Rion anyway, he is mostly my number one garrison commander when i play castle don't know why, maybe because of his portrait.

Vote Loynis for the uber buffing spell Prayer, though starting with Learning is bad. Adela should be a fine choice too, as is Caitlin.
I'm a hypocrite because I suggested that all life is sacred and should not be wasted without good reason.

Not anymore, it isn't, with my personal H3 balance patch! :D! (15%/30%/45% bonuses, three times what it used to be)

Picked Loynis, even with the stupid Learning. Adela is the better one, if diplomacy is not banned, but she's ugly. What? Of course this is a beauty contest! Adelaide looks good, although not very good gameplay-wise (well, she's got seven frees slots at least). Caitlin is worth a mention too, good speciality and good starting skills.

Picked Adela, for Bless special and Diplomacy.

As much as I find the secondary skill called Learning to be underpowered,
I still voted for Loynis as the top of the Clerics. Prayer specialist is always nice, always handy. Tell you this: this Hero has lead many times my humble starting army to victory against more powerful enemy. Prayer's effectiviness is noted best when one has only low level troops. Amongst other nice boosts, the speed of your little fellows is doubled!

Diplomacy is an unmatched power in HoMM 2,3 so Adela is the one beyond doubt. But as many of you said, the Loyinis guy is great also.

As for Rion, he is just the same bad as Sanya. I detest Eagle Eye more than any other skill

Chose Sanya for Eagle Eye and Dispel. On some maps having a guaranted Disple Spell is your only saviour. If that would be for Druids I would voted for Gem. Again her spell, although it may not be so evident, it's incredibly important.

Loynis was a close second. I'm currently playing the Chronicle where you're a Knight, with Loynis and Sorsha transferring along everytime. Loynis totally owns Tarnum even if the former is at a couple levels lower, just because of Prayer (and the Ballista special is a VERY small bonus comparatively, IMO).

Rion, because i like the stond skin spell. Also, when hero's a high lvl and earth magic on expert, your army get's a MAJOR defence boost!
You can either agree with me, or be wrong...

I played many games by now, but I don't find dispel to be so important. :) Neither I do stone skin.... It's better to attack than to defend
