Any Character Editor of Savegame Editor for Heroes III?

Dear All,

Sometimes, one has to choose between two seemingly unuseful secondary skills, somewhat like to choose between eagle eye and learning, which is disturbing, ruins one's mood. For other cases, like in the campaign "Dragon slayer", Mysticism is of vital importance, what if one hasn't been offered the option to learn that skill?

Thus, I was wondering, whether there is a kind of Character Editor of Savegame Editor to help. There is a cheating option in the window-mode game, but that is not what I want, since after the game, one would be ranked as cheater, and that is annoying.

Could anyone kindly recommand some tools of editors for me?
Your help would be very much appreciated.
