angel/champion :D

by the way i totally respect that the titan is GOW's favourite, but as i said, his explaination just confused me a little. i guess what i should have wrote is "if you love ranged troops that have no melee penalty, then why didn't you go for the gargantuan?"
I used to be indecisive, now I am not so sure...

Thunderbird/Behemoth
just because nobody picked them! hee hee

Seriously though while I personally choose Angel/Champion for resurection, speed, and the Champions long reach, I do like the thunderbirds special. Not to mention Behemoths are cheap.

Why can't I vote for my favourite? :grumpy:

Very addictive and interesting to play. Always loved the war machines.

My vote, then goes to Champion. Charge and First Strike. Ooh yes!
A cat is fine too...

It's good to see that the champion is appreciated, since people sometimes scoff at them and view the angels as the only choice. I love the mounted fellas myself, first strike & charge is such an efficient combo (similar to the mantis' first strike & bind).

I went with the Fairy Dragons/Phoenix combination; as always, any creature that can cast spells has a "plus" in my book (I like water elementals for the same reason...can we say "quicksand"?). And the phoenix is fast, and can strike two groups (if you're lucky). All that said, gargantuans are devastating, magic or no magic!

voted bone dragon/devil
the bone dragon is extremly powerful, but the devil probably has the most powerful powers of the whole game, and he is extremly versatile.

titan and golem dragon are also great, cause they are hard to hit.

the mantis is a killer

the hydra is also extremly deadly when helped with good spells.

The champions are some of my favourites too. They shouldn't be underestimated. I love that they come in vast numbers and their punch and speed are fabulous...I would have love to have voted for them all :D

I woted Fary/Phoenix because they are both usefull, lovable and buffable (in case of the phoenix).

Come on you got to love the Flaming Chicken Speedfreak of Dooooom! (It's one mean ole chicken!)

Why didn't anybody vote Devil/Bone Dragon? They're my second favourite! In multyplayer, Devils are Hero Killers par excellance and Bone dragons can't be shot at. Stick a vampiric touch on either of them (if you're lucky to get it in equilibris) and you're on a roll! (Imagine that, you can build venom spawn and have a stack of huge unshotable vampires)

P.S. The Thunderbird and the Behemoth arent 4/th level creatures, realy. there is only one might lvl 4. creature and that's the cyclops :D
