h5 ancient treant.

h3 looks just plain ugly, and h3 nonupg and upg are nearly undistinguishable. i like h5 treants. actually nival did a great job at designing many creatures. but im sure if there would be also a h4 treant, it would be the winner.

Voteed for H3 Soldier-I havent seen a tree like a spider.The H3 looks so "Planty" ;) :D

I voted reg HV Treant. I just dislike the H3 versions and I'm not to fond of the orange ancients.

Went with the H3 Guard, though he could perhaps use a beard of leaves or some such. The background is also lovely and inspiring.
Jesus saves, Allah forgives, Cthulhu thinks you'd make a nice sandwich.

Because only the trees who have beards are manly...or treely? It would have been better to give it a fu manchu though. :devious:

Well, the h3 one has some nice leaf eyebrows...

and the H5 one has some nice...

Oh, who am I kidding. H3 needs a peticure for the claws growing on its feet, and H5 has a shrub on its head for what I suppose is meant to be its hair. :disagree: I would sooner welcome a tree dragon before one of these hideous creations. I say turn them into campires.

I'll have to go with the H3 Soldier here..Both H5 versions look absolutely terrible for a tree, H3 looks more tree-like and much better..

Too bad Nival didn't keep the H5 beta Dendroid/Treant. I really liked that hulkin' arboral guerrilla … it looked really mean.

H3 soldier too. Not much of a difference between the two, but those twigs on it's shoulder are just cool.

And could the insect be a Praying Mantis?

H3 Dendroid Soldier. He looks like he have emerald claws, just as he was Treebeards cousin and with that background he gives me a foresty, mystical atmosphere and feeling :)
