I think Age of Heroes has a hotlink protection enabled: in other words, they won't let you reuse their images. I'll try to get you some H3 griffins.

Edit: here they are, courtesy of the Lamp.

Uh,oh...This one is pretty hard.Voted HV,although HII comes pretty close.I wonder what they meant by making HV darker, since HII was pretty dark.

Voted H2. Couldn't really decide between it and H5 though, so I went with the one with less votes...

Voted HII.

The HV unupgraded version looks great while the upgraded one looks completely silly to me.

I also like the HIV griffin though it doesn't look that good on this shot as it does in-game.

They work for me after I use View Image.

Hmmm.... I'm gonna go with the H3 upgraded one. Don't like the H5's wings very much.

Vote Heroes 2 Griffin.
It looks like it flew right off of a coat of arms. Or something like that...

I actualy think the Griphon is one of the few creature that improved in looks from 2 to 3.

I really like the Heroes IV Griffin, since I started playing Heroes from 4 and use griffins a lot.

The Heroes III Royal Griffon has always been my personal favourite. It always looked so savage yet regal and more impressive than the normal one. The Heroes IV Griffon looks too skinny and evil to me, and the Heroes V one looks too chunky (with those armour plates making it look even chunkier and also a bit difficult to get airborne). The Heroes I and II ones look, like someone said, like they've just flown off a coat of arms. I think this looks somewhat dated in style.
