Is anyone here interested to make a simple mod for me for Heroes 3? I am willing to pay for your work. It should be fairly easy since it does not require anything beyond what the game currently does.

Modders usually mod in order to make the game more fun as they see it. Sometimes they incorporate ideas from other people too. If you want a specific feature or modification in the game the best way is to learn to make it yourself. Alternatively, describe it in details and explain why it is good, and hope that someone incorporates the idea into a mod.
