H3 WOG

Where can I find the most recent version of WOG? I can't find anything beyond a half translated Russian mod for it where half the features are broken/don't work.

From my opininon you should be looking for ERA II. As WoG latest version exists only in russian. So the latest international version is WoG 3.58f which is very outdated by now.
