C_E_MOD.EXE NOT WORKING (WIN 10)

Hello, I have a new computer with WIN 10 OS and I've installed Heroes IV WoW. I installed it in English, then I downloaded all the Equilibris' files into my Heroes IV folder. I copied Equi.aop file also into Data folder. Equilibris installation was ok but when I try to open Campaign Editor of Equilibris windows tells me It's not working (suddenly it stopped working it says). I don't know how to fix it. Anyway, if you can't help me... Can anyone at least send me an email to prog_trekkie@hotmail.com with a heroes 4 map that contains all new objects, quest houses, artifacts.... etc? If I can't have the editor at least I'd like to have the new objects.
