So I was thinking about how the servers of HoMM 3 where ead (Disabling most multiplayer) But it would technically work with Hamachi? Maybe someone can organize MP games

TCP/IP peer-to-peer connections still work (albeit problematic to set up). GameRanger provides a match making service for making this much easier, though. But you still need to keep in mind that there are a dozen of different HoMM3 versions, and they are not network compatible.
