Anti dragon formation for shooters

Here is a little trick I use for fighting dragons with shooters if I have tactics. It's a special formation. The dragons can't make effective use of their breath attacks this way. It requires at least 3 strong walker stacks, and at least two of them need to be 1-hex. The 2-hex stack (griffins here) can also be 1-hex.

If someone has better ideas how to deal with this fight, I'd like to hear it. I'm a noob and I know it.

Sure, now split the griffins in 3x1 more stacks, in this way you will save a lot of HP dead because dragons will focus their second round on.
