Yeah, but one could never know what happened later, when you got properly drunk. :P

Like right now, you mean? It's 03:43, and I've talked to a female Skybert, who was in fact quite hot, but left... bummer.

It really is quite quiet in here when my drunkenness is the only posts...

Coming Soon™?

I just received two fancy ball point pens, in a fancy fake skin box, from a firm dealing in knickknacks. No note as to who ordered it, no bill or anything so can't be a scam (not a very good one, anyway). It's my birthday in 2 days, but it's common for people bearing gifts to make themselves known and convey their felicitations along with the gift.

I'm going to call the firm tomorrow and demand an explanation... you can't just send anonymous stuff to someone as paranoid as me!

Have you checked so there isn't any small Greeks concealed in the pens, ready to jump out when you're not looking?

The thought did strike me... so I left the box within the box with the lid shut wrapped in a plastic bag out in the hall, till I find out who it's from.

It's obviously a trap... it's not a box, it's a fully functioning battle station...

The Government doesn't accept packages of unknown origin, so why should you? X-ray it, hose down anyone who's been in contact with it, trace the senders and arrest them. ;)

I called the senders, turns it was my union who sent it. Weird that they just sent it with no notice.

Eurovision... Like usually is the case, many Eastern-european nations got through... Luckily that most of them had a great song.

I simply adore Turkey's entry, I love The entries of Israel and Malta especially. However my top favourite, is the GODLY song from Iceland... wow, gave me goosebumps.

Saw it as wel. It was really crappy. Acts were weird, or sang like crap. Holland is not through again, allthough they were one of the best acts. Really, as a country, we should ban the song$hit, we aren't going to win EVER! Just one big "you are our neighbour, we give points" thing. I hate it, it sucks balls, kiss my @$$ songfestival.

It's a great night today soon coming up! My wife, as a member of the acclaimed Finnish Polynesian dance performance group Taurua, will be taking the stage in Kaisaniemi, downtown Helsinki, in just 5 hours from now.

I'll be there in the audience with a friend of mine, sipping Battery energy drink and clapping hands. 10 €uros a ticket is nothing compared to the splendid show it covers. ;) And after the show, there's some drinking and partying coming up. Oi mikä ihana ilta! Voi tapahtua mitä vaan. "Oh what a wonderful night! Anything can happen/everything is possible."

Cheers!

Yurian, a happy man

Is the Selectividad like the set of placement exams we take here in the USA? Here you take a series of tests in various subjects and your scores determine which level classes you should start with. Really high scores can even get you automatic credits for certain classes.
