JK Rowling plays HoMM V
Well, maybe not, but I had to mention this.
The story "The Fountain of Fair Fortune" in Tales of Beedle the Bard has a character named Asha whose tears play a significant role.
I'd post the exact quote, but I don't know where I put the book.

For those who live under the illusion that there's anything original (at all) in HV, just a piece of advise: read more or keep quiet in a discussion about religious/mystic symbols if u don't wanna embarrass yourself. The only thing "original" in the game is the dumb/ignorant way these symbols were mixed and attributed to some alignments, with little to almost insulting connection to the in-game meaning.Lord Lakely wrote:Guess who's the thief? There's probably at least as much originality in H5 as in Rowlings books.Zamolxis wrote:For those who live under the illusion that there's anything original (at all) in HV, just a piece of advise: read more or keep quiet in a discussion about religious/mystic symbols if u don't wanna embarrass yourself. Well see, that's the whole point. I think there even are real gargoyle statues like that, but nobody ever made them move in that shape like Nival did
No matter how powerful one becomes, there is always someone stronger. That's why I'm in a constant pursuit of power, so I can be prepared when an enemy tries to take advantage of me.

nah, there might be plenty of weirdly shaped gargoyle statues, but none are as boxy as H5's.
