I'm a recent convert. Yea, truely, I ate one today already. I put it sliced into the mashed potatoes I had with the sausage I ate for dinner.

MAshed potatoes with carrot is quite good. Makes the mashed potatoes a bit more sweet and also gives it a real nice colour.

Yeah.. problem is, Lety... I tore my Achilles tendon this summer, so I can't really walk properly, let alone train properly.

I can still delete posts, you know :tongue: And could probably manage some photoshopping of my own; it doesn't need to be professionally done as long as it is insulting ;)

But unfortunately for you slavering young wimmin, excercise meant to increase ones stamina and general condition doesn't show up on photos much. And can't compete with my beer-consumption in any case :D

Another half hour on the bike; my foot is feeling good. But then I had an extra large portion (yes) of my improvised chicken pot. :yummy:
