Minipizza. Yummy. Just made it, with fresh mozzarella and other goodies (sadly, ran out of pesto) ... and now what I'm going to do is eat it. :)

Man, shrimp goes very well with garlic (and lemons of course).

No pics though, too hungry. Maybe next time.

Som' moar piza. :)

Here's the recipe: you make a really thin dough, and then put on the tomato sauce I made eariler. Add some pesto, pineapple, pepperoni and fresh mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oregano on top, chuck it in the oven and 15 minutes later, it looks like this:

That really was tasty ... :yummy:

The annual shellfish party with my family ... lobster, crab, shrimp, blue mussels, crayfish ... *urp* and of course lots of bread, lettuce, mayo ... and then there's wine, of course. Lots of wine. And beer.

Now for dessert; tea and coffee ... cognac, chocolate, ice cream and other candy goodies ... mmm. :yummy:

I'm absolutely stuffed ... :)

A good thing about making waaaay too much lasagna is that you can easily heat it up for repeated good meals. Add to that some fresh lettuce and bread with spiced butter and we have ourselves something really yummy. :yummy:

I've been stuffing myself on so much good stuff this last week that it's time for something simple ... a chicken leg will do. :)

Have it as I had it - with lettuce and paprika, home-made potato sallad and a cool drink. :yummy:

The shops have for some reason stopped selling my fave frozen pizza brand ... Gotta look for a good replacement.
