I'm trying it again. The last one was good - this one is going to be better. I've added some pineapple bits, more pepperoni, more fresh tomatoes, and made the dough a bit tougher.

Yes, yes we do. For the record, deep-fat frying a turkey doesn't result in a greasy bird. If you use enough oil at the proper temperature, the moisture in the turkey pushes out at the same rate as the oil trying to get in. The result is a crispy skin that keeps oil out, juices in, and a tasty bird that's done in 3 minutes per pound.
(This all assumes you're careful enough to not send your turkey into orbit in the process.)
