Well, it was my first attempt at making that kind of pizza. It was very tasty, but I guess it didn't look very Italian. Maybe I should drop the tomato sause and just put sliced tomates on it instead ...?

I'm trying it again. The last one was good - this one is going to be better. I've added some pineapple bits, more pepperoni, more fresh tomatoes, and made the dough a bit tougher.

It's sittin' in the oven right now ... Looking forward to it ... :yummy:

Have you guys tried Black Sauce Pizza? Instead of spaghetti or meat sauce, replace with squid ink (the one you get from the head). put in some onions, bell peppers, and some garlic and some powdered peppered and voila, a delicious and unique spaghetti!

Deep fried turkey tonight for Thanksgiving. I plan to continue my tradition of not having to call the fire department.

Yes, yes we do. For the record, deep-fat frying a turkey doesn't result in a greasy bird. If you use enough oil at the proper temperature, the moisture in the turkey pushes out at the same rate as the oil trying to get in. The result is a crispy skin that keeps oil out, juices in, and a tasty bird that's done in 3 minutes per pound.

(This all assumes you're careful enough to not send your turkey into orbit in the process.)

I made pizza the other day. Pastry and all. Tasted good. And somehow, it tasted better when you know exactly what is in it. I made mine with chicken and red bell peppers :)

Yeah, and you can chop the contents exactly as small/large as you want them, combine them with whatever you want, choose the exact type of ingredients ... :)

Sweet & sour sauce, lean pork, pineapple and other goodies. Blend it with rice, eat with bread & butter. :yummy:

Maybe I'll do a pic, when it's done...
