Went to a Haggard concert last night. 'Twas OK. The hall had rather bad acoustics and there were some technical issues, but I'm glad I finally got to see them live.

Was a real long-hour workday today, and it rocked!! :oex:
I just wish I could come there more often than the initial three times per week.
And the store manager and the assistant store manager are the nicest people EVER!!

I sleep for as long as my conscience allows me to :D

How are the customers? The people at the local EB often look like hopeless geeks who seem to drop by to argue about a game's release date, brag about their MMO character or just to show everyone how bad they smell. :) OK, it's not that bad, but still...
I'm on Steam and Xbox Live.

The ones today were really confused. Kept asking what they gave for preowned PC games in EB games, and how would we know? Costumers seem to think it's the same store
Some were just generally confused, one wanted the store manager to sell him a game he wasn't old enough for. You can get fired for that.
A lot of geeks, a few moms hunting for X-mas gifts (bless their souls), a real talkative one, whom I was told comes around a lot just to talk.
There were a few smelly ones too :D
I liked them all. Besides, they're much more normal than the ones that come at Blockbuster.
These are just based on two hours of serving costumers, the rest of the time I cleaned up the stock. Lots of cool things I found!

Sounds nice Milla. I like working at a store, you see many things. The downside is the occasional rude/idiotic customer but I suppose you can't have it all :)
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Yes, I imagine you get a fairly specific crowd; "gamers" (who know what they want) and "people buying gifts" (who haven't got a clue). Our shop gets every kind in the spectrum. Btw. handed in my resignation yesterday. Means I leave in a month. Before Christmas, I'll be in my car, headin' down south either through Sweden or the longer road through Norway. Road triiip! :D

Yeah, Dumba$$es :disagree:

@Elvin: I like working in a store too. It's been the best jobs I've had. And here is a whole new set of costumers and regulars to get to know. I'm looking forward to it :-D

Of course not, that's the fun part; driving like mad whiles those commie bastards try to get you.

***Clueless Canadian Mode On***

So... Swedes are commies and Norwegians drive fast?

That's something they didn't teach at my school.
