My desktop:

As you can see it doesn't have many icons and no XP-style, because that style (which I don't even like btw!) and a lot of icons on the desktop simply slow down the loading time at startup (ok, I know I sounded a bit geekish - that's what happens when you have a geekish brother :D )

I got Tristram from Diablo 3 wallpaper. My bar below has 26 shortcuts.

Of course that it's my work station, since my pc has broken a while ago.

You forgot to align Dungeon Siege Legends of something-something on the games column :tonguehands:

Knights of Honor, nice. Civilization, even nicer :) Have you tried Fall from Heaven?

Here's mine. Right now it's uncluttered because school is over, but usually it's got all sorts of links, images and files lying around waiting to be included in some sort of project.

I have most programs in the Start menu.
Else I use Windows Commander, very handy and makes organizing a lot easier compared to Explorer.

The desktop background is made by me with Photoshop, from scratch.

The scenario in Beyond the Sword is called Age of Ice and was made by the same team that made the mod Fall from Heaven II, which you can find here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=190 ;)
