7) A word cannot be strongly tied with the previous word (meaning its meaning has to completely differ from all of the previous words meanings) if its used whole (so adding a suffix ly, ing, ed, or anyone like thats inst allowed, turning a verb into a noun, or similar is also not allowed).
Def: "eater" = subject eating, consuming food
Def: "eatery" = eating place, a building where people go to eat

What does the judge say as to the validity of the word?
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.

Seems pretty similar.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

:rofl:

Scoreboard:
(Oh...there's no rule for how many points the round starter gets for the initial word... ;| Um...how about half the word size in points?)

ThunderTitan: 5+5+5
Kalah: (8/2)+3+4
Koni: 4+3
Ethric: 3+2
Kareeah: 3
Elvin: 3+2
PhoenixReborn: 3
stefan: 3
accabear: 2
Pitsu: 2+3
Muszka: -1 (ouch :S) +4 (better :tongue:)

Words used: juvenile, leverage, agent, entertainment, mentality, tying, ingenious, ousted, tedious, oust , stellar, laryngal, alertness, essentialize, zebra, ebracteate, eater, eatery, erythrocyte

Considerations:

1. Ousted is the act of suffering an oust (or something like that ;)). So, based on rule 7...that's a penalty for Muszka. (@Muszka: I'm not using a dictionary at the moment, so feel free to fetch both definitions and try to prove me wrong. I could be wrong...maybe... :))

2. "laryngal" is actually spelled laryngeal. Since it's Koni's first offense, I'm not docking points or anything (and before you scream bias, I did that for Muszka and Ceres, and will do that for each person's first offense ;))

3. Kalah is right...so very similar. Now, every vein in my body is crying out...give -1...give -1, because otherwise it'd be a 10 point sweep (while breaking a rule to boot), but that would be biased, seeing as how I've been working this out for now...so, consider yourself lucky TT! :tongue:
(Next time, you lose a point...or rather more than one, since you wouldn't gain any from the word you made.)

The List of Naughtiness (people who have expended their "first offense immunity" card ;))

ThunderTitan
Muszka
Koni
Ceres

@PhoenixReborn: Yes, we are! :D

@Koni: Well, as game organizer I only start Round One, which I did with procrastinate.
That round is already done and since Kalah had the most points at the end of the round, he got to post the first word of the new round (he posted juvenile).

Hope that answers your question. :)

EDIT:
@Zamolxis: Fixed...you posted as I was posting! :tongue:

@winterfate
actually it seems I missed Ousted somehow, so I won't argue. I think I have to be more careful in the future.
