No they don't. Actually I don't remember peckerwood's meaning but it was slang for something. I just had seen it somewhere and it came to mind :)

It's slang for a poor white guy, I think. Also slang for penis. But it's not official.

I think we need some rules concerning what to do in the event of a penalty. For example boring should have been ignored because it so obviously did not fit.
