As copied from the Food Thread...

Sure you can eat at your desk! ;)

TMD: *muffled voice* Hello?
Male Voice: Pardon?
TMD: *muffled* I said hello!
Male Voice: Are you eating sir?
TMD: *swallows food* Yes, I am...what did you need sir?

Hey, but you can. ;)

Seriously though...you should talk with your boss about that.

Go to a nutrionist or something so you have "medical evidence" that eating smaller portions many times a day helps you lose weight. If your boss doesn't care...well...other measures have to be taken...

Oh...so how many breaks do you get in your 13 hour marathon? :)

Then, on every break, you eat something...and voila. We'll see you in two months to drop the diet. ;)

I'm stoked. My old racquet ball partner finally renewed her gym membership so we can play again. Should be interesting to see how badly my skills have eroded after a year or so.

Never played racket ball.

Though, I did find out something interesting. The front part of my seat is litterally twisting. It's now to the point where after I ride, when I walk, it's rather, painful because it's digging into my leg. So I can no longer ride my bike until I get another bike seat, again.

I think, for a start, that you should name your interests on the exercising matter, so we know what to talk about. Like: what are your points?

That's it? That's your opening?

Yes, we really should get to discussing how one can become a living skeleton like this one:
