only that I just had lunch, not very health conscious .... party pies and nuggets, an apple .... not really very inspiring

well I had scotch fillet, cooked medium rare .... potatoes and beans .... YUM! not burnt at all

Grilled hotdogs, coleslaw, a potato/red pepper/green bean salad, and cupcakes all contribute to a really good meal for the 4th.
