thought so :D

but we all know that you're now wasting valuable drinking time by posting, unless you're one of those talented males who can do two things at once ;)

being the DD sucks big time!!!!

getting drunk is an experience, it has it's ups and downs, the downs tend to be worse with beer IMO, so that's a good call C and OD

Remind me again what the ups are? Being really drunk in a nutshell: act like a dumbass for a few hours, probably doing things you'll later regret, then end up spending the rest of the evening hovering over a toilet bowl, then have a raging headache the entire next day. Yeah, my idea of a good time.

And being wine drunk is definitely the worst.

My favourites are all drinks. The best one ever is Vodka Apple mixed with Red Bull. Yum! :yummy:
Beer isn't my favourite...way too much burping involved in beer :disagree: Wine I like but only one glass cause it's just enough to make my legs buzz :D Plus excessive wine drinking leads to massive untreateable head aches!

While the headaches are bad, I think the worst thing about drinking too much wine is that sweety barfy taste you get in the back of your throat the whole next day. :ill:

Burping is just nature's way of freeing up room for more beer. :D

100 years of feminism and we still haven't gotten to a point where women can burp... what's taking so damn long?!

I've had quite a few of those on the list. IPAs are the way to go. If you ever can find it, Bell's Hopslam is really good. At least that's what I think it's called.

India Pale Ale.

Bad news though, apparently Hops and one of the other grains used in beer are in short supply, so beer is expected to go up in price next year. That's a kick to the face for me because we already have a ridiculous tax on beer in this state.

This makes me very sad. :(

IPAs are generally fairly high alcohol content and pretty hoppy - made so historically so they could survive the long trip to India during the British colonial period - so they're something of an acquired taste. Thankfully it's a taste I have acquired. :D

They are outstanding. And price be damned! I'm not going to stop drinking my favorite microbrews because of price. Life is too short to drink crappy beer.
