Some of us have bad reactions when we eat mushrooms. So no mushrooms for me. Sometimes will do sausage, ham, or pineapple, but still nothing like artery clogging pepperoni. :)

I don't mind mushrooms in pots of stew or other casseroles, as long as it's been chopped into many small pieces.

Lets see, catching up with everything that's gone on since I left...

Pasta (sans mushrooms) = good. I'll take it with marinara or alfredo. Or both.
Never had squid, so I can't really say anything about that.
Indifferent to olives, although I won't eat 'em on my pizza. No fruits or vegetables are allowed on my pizza.
