Countdown to 10K!

I'm not sure if this deserves it's own thread yet (we're not at 10K yet!), but I did just in case (I'll let the mods decide ;) ).

We are now less than 20 members (and/or spambots :tongue:) from reaching the big 10K.

Feel free to post comments about how your time at CH has been!

I am so happy to have found such a special place I can go to when I want to talk about most things, whether they be Heroes related or not! :-D

CH Eternal and may the 10,000 Member arrive soon!
(My 2nd semester starts the 16th :( )

EDIT: Changed the word come to the bolded word above...it was open to misinterpretations :-D. Like the one :down: there!

I just changed the quote at the top for the event (okay, I admit I wasn't sure which thread to use to say this). I never get tired of those memorable Heroes V quotes. :)

I remember I was the 6000th member of the RT at ForumPlanet

Okay.... Confused here. I see where stefan.urlis pointed to the index page where it does say "We have 9989 registered users" but if you look at the Member List it clearly has 180 pages at 50 per page (9000) and Hel (our newest member at the time of this post) is listed as 8989.

So I think we are only going to break 9000. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Why is the index page list as 9989 and the memberlist as 8989? Which one is right? Just curious.

perhaps the member number on the forum page counts those that have had their accounts deleted as well? maybe spambots and the like?
