No, the auction was started on inititative from Stefan, who PMed the Game Nazi personally.

The Gravyluvn Cheesepotatoes are on standby; if 7 more teams sign up by next week, they're in. And don't give me any of that "didn't give us a chance to sign up in time" nonsense; there was even a news flash on the main page for this one...."
