Wouldn't it actualy be Black River?

It would be, but water can't be black (clean water at least) so I chose "dark" to describe the colour nuance. Plus, it adds mystery to the atmosphere of my "long forgotten city".

IRT: tLD
I never heard about this town, probably Daniken ommited it in his stories ;) .... is here any source of relative info, it not looks like I will be able to visit this place in the near future, even if I generally incline to cognizing about such mysteries. (I'm now living near the Celtic's fortification, it's ruined but when you could imagine how it looks....)

IRT: TT

No, Dark River is correct. And even more mysterious. Ja?

Would be some phoťos or arťicles, please?

Black Sea anyone? And râul întunecat just sounds strange!

@ Pol
According to Ptolemy, that city I'm talking about was situated in the northern part of central Transylvania. But don't even bother about "visiting", unless you're really into solving mysteries; the region isn't very interesting.

@ ThunderTitan
"Dark River" in English, "râul negru" in Romanian. The Black Sea is different and I didn't need to use it in my riddle-description. The river, on the other hand, needed "riddling".

I hail from Philadelphia, home of the cheesesteak.

It's about as close as I'll get to a real cheesesteak for a long while, so have at it.

So which do you prefer? Whiz With or Whiz Without?

Yeah, I usually prefer mine with the regular cheese, and with lots of fried onions and hot peppers. But there are many who swear by the Whiz, that's for sure!

I thought Whiz was the "regular" cheese, i.e., the only official way to eat a cheesesteak. Anyway, it's a good thing it's lunch time here. This discussion is making me hungry. :yummy:

Well you're probably right - so let me rephrase. I prefer mine with "real" cheese, i.e., the kind that doesn't come in a bottle. :-D

Damn, those land names suck... I cannot understand it, why did they rename 'Norway' to 'TiredoftellingpeoplewhereI'mfrom' ? Sure, the old name wasn't the best, but this is to much ! ;)
