The Animated Comedy Series Survey

Unread postby Veldrynus » 03 Dec 2006, 16:25

Hi!

I am doing a research on comedy series as part of a school project. It is about the character study of most popular characters in Futurama, South Park, The Simpson, and Family Guy. Anyone who likes at least one (or more) of these series, can participate. My time is unfortunately vey short, and I need many people, so it would be nice if some of you would ask some friends for help too.
The answers can be sent by PM, or to my email address: veldrynus@yahoo.com

Thanks!

Veldrynus received about 25 answers to that poll if I remember correctly. That's not enough to have an accurate value to work with.

I don't remember exactly, but the relation between map downloads and minimap "quality" was around 0.06, and the difference between "good looking" maps vs "bad looking maps" existed almost only for picture maps taken separately.

I only watch one of those shows, but the keyword part is the most difficult. It's hard to describe such characters. I'll try to finish my post soon.

Sorry, i for one don't feel very strongly either way for most characters. That's why i dislike taking polls like this. Or voting.

Maybe you should try it on this board: http://www.imagecomics.com/messageboard ... m.php?f=11

They seem to have strong feelings on animation.

I posted my survey there but it was simply deleted. It's incredible, goddamnit! I can find nowhere enough answers. I even tried the largest fan forums. In most cases the gets topic locked in no time, and if not, I still get no help. Completing the survey takes mostly 10 minutes, and most of the guys around have more than enough time. The question is about something they (should) have strong feelings for. This much lazzienes shocks me.

I've posted a nice comment on the previous forum where they had deleted my topic.

I guess, I won't have the chance to visit that place too often in the future.

I am fed up with this. People aren't helpfull at all. I will have to "create" some answers myself, othewise I will fail the exam.

I does not matter, I can hardly make good statistics with only 15 answers.

I was just saying that the whole bloody interweb doesn't need to know that. This reminds me of those idiots that after the final highschool exam talk about how they cheated on national TV. Geez.

Have you tried making a thread at NoHomers.net? If you have and it was locked I may be able to convince one of the mods to let you have it there. Then again, it would be a few hours before I was sure or not he'd let you(I'd email you if it would be allowed).

I'd respond myself but I have't see enough of the shows to be worth considering statistically.

The mod said it was okay V, NoHomers shouldn't lock the thread.

I'll respond to the survey after I wake up from a good sleep.
