At least there are fringe benefits, such as being able to take home a mountain of leftover cakes. :D

Did you find out what was wrong? Is it a sprain or something?

Yes something like that. I could get a shot of adrenocortical hormone to take the pain and help with a swift recovery. But I hate needles :scared: ;)

Some exercises wouldn't work? I barely have any injuries on my hands because of that.

There's no need for needles, Millus, unless you're an athlete. All that stuff does is capsule the inflammation until the body han heal it, and unless you desperately need full use of your hand immediately, there's no need for it.

Me, I've got a shoulder thing. Dunno what it is, but I'll make an appointment with my doctor to see what's what.

It's getting better by the day. When I've been at the computer too long, there's a bit of pain but mostly there's a lot of tickling :D

When things come to this, you must do any means so it won't repeat. What would you prefer? Feeling all that pain all again (or even worst) or take care of it by having few stings or even a less painful treatment? ;) I used to have some problems with my hand and wrist because of mouse and computer and bodybuilding fred me from those pain (only if I get stuck in front of a computer for more than 15 hours in a row that I feel anything at all).

BUT :( , I have some inflammation on my elbows due the exercises, so I have to cool down a couple of days so it won't hurt badly.

As for shoulder, Kalah, it's really important checking that. Most of things you do you need your shoulder, and having problems with this, in future, is really worrying. :sceptic:
