Isn't that how you react to all geeky movies?ScarlettP wrote:Just got back from (Insert Movie Title)! WHOOO - F'N - HOO! What a hoot. We laughed and cheered through the entire flick.
Rose is in both movies. She the star of the zombie flick (as a one legged go-go dancer) and has a supporting role in the other one (as a victim). And I agree, she's a real dish -- she even made 'Charmed' watchable.Mytical wrote:I want to see Grindhouse. Rose McGowen...enough reason to watch anything. Of course it's terrible, it's with Hercules... but was it good terrible or bad terrible?Angelspit wrote:featuring Kevin Sorbo. She said it was terrible.
How about awful? Is there any good kind of awfulness?ThunderTitan wrote:but was it good terrible or bad terrible?
I think the main message ("Our emotions make us human") is a bit naive. I don't say it's a bad idea, but the movie doesn't really take this to a deeper level. It's only a simple story, full of cliches (especially of the film noir) of the man who falls in love with a machine ("the forbidden fruit"). It's enjoyable, but not fantastic. Like I said, it is still one of my favourites. Mainly because of the unique and futuristic dark world.Caradoc wrote:Please explain. It does not seem that way to me.Veldrynus wrote:It is too naive.Kalah wrote:The story too though, right?
