Now hang on. Off topic, yes, but it bears clearing up. Are you saying you are hyper allergic to carrots, but NOT if they are mixed with something else? Because that makes little sense. I mean, if your sister can't use vaguely carroty skincare products in your presence, bits of raw carrot in various foodstuff ought to be quite bad :sceptic:

I have no idea how this works. I think I only react to the carrot juices, so when they're in a sun lotion or something, I react. When the carrots are drowned in mayo, the juices aren't spread into the air... or something. It's really weird, this. I can eat carrots if they're cooked properly, but then there are some things I react to and others I don't. You'd think carrot cake was OK, since the carrots are baked within the cake, right? Wrong. My throat itches if I eat it. Maybe 'cause the juices remain in the cake, I dunno. Boiled carrots are fine. Fried (well fried), fine.

But back to the weather. It's been snowing a bit today :-D I love snow. Particularly the heavy, wet kind. They make for such excellent snow balls :devious:

You've gotten my weather then. Maybe it comes to you after it's been here. Wanna know what's in store next?

Snow storms. Blizzards. Hail, heavy winds and snow coming at you from all directions. Stay indoors, unless you're crazy like me.

Warmth has ended for a while. Snowed yesterday, and will do some more today.

high 20's and fine weather ... a cyclone up north has provided some relief from the heat here, and given us some wind as well ....

Slush. That's a mixture between rain and wet snow; it's so close to freezing that the downfall can change from rain to snow from hour to hour and location to location.
