Geez, Academy Awards? I've watched just one of the nominees, presented by that shy-mental-looking Gwein-Gweneg-Gorgette...Something-Patroll or whatever. It was for Bourne, Video Edition, afaik. Then I saw that guy presenting the show...how funny he was :drama: ...oh boy, then I went watching the quick rain outside - much more interesting.

Yesterday I spent my whole day watching TV...it's been, maybe years, since I last did that. Watched a bunch of movies at HBO, evening news (terrorism here and there, flooding, Olympic games, Fidel Castro, some crimes in Rio de Janeiro, etc.), one or another commercial - sigh - I should've gone to the beach. But the sun was alarmingly strong, and I got a bit wary. ;|

Poor Gwyneth...

By the way Panda you could send some "alarmingly strong sun" over here too... I got bored of the ever changing temperatures over here, and since we got no snow , the cold is no use now... just e-mail it... B-)

A bit disappointed "Charlie Wilson's war" didn't win Oscar, but apparently the Academy had decided that "No country for old men" was going to take everything. At least "There will be blood" gave it a run for its money and took Cinematography, and Best actor, since Jones wasn't nominated.

I was surprisde also with "Charlie Wilson's war", and with "Atonement" too. But the biggest dissapointment of mine was the "American Gangster" which got no nomination at all.

It was so strong that, just by thinking about the sun, some of your thoughts would become ashes instantly. Today, it didn't appeared yet. Raining here and there, cloudy. It's starting to immigrate somewhere else. Maybe it'll go upwards your way soon enough. :D

They need a penis, and that's already been used for making aphrodisiacs. So now the pandas are really randy, but they haven't got the tools they need... :creative:

Yeah, it was better for them when they only took the horns of the pandas to make aphrodisiacs of.

Yes, I am. Ground panda penis is considered an aphrodisiac in parts of Asia, just as is ground tiger penis, rhino horn and other things...

I believe this is a most appropriate time for the insertion of this famous citation:
