Microsoft did some utility for, I have three layers: normal, alt and alt+shift and keyboard serves like merge of my language and english.

Why don't things happen the way you want them to? Even when you've thought that you couldn't possibly be as lucky as to have them happen that way and then have a backup situation that's almost as good but then that doesn't happen either?! It's so depressing :sad:
