@GE "userspace" is not a single word; it is hyphenated or divided: "user-space" or "user space". Have you evidence to the contrary?

I go conform with Pitsu's opinion:
the word "sterone"is closely tied to "testo-sterone"- both words are derived from steroids.

see definiton of testosteron in TheFreeDictionary:
A steroid hormone and the most potent naturally occurring androgen that is formed by the interstitial cells of the testes,...
