According the news, you could expect prices to be tripled or at least doubled. If you was waiting for buying a new hdd, act now. Maybe, you will catch it!

You must mean Thailand. Yeah, everywhere here, in SE Asia are flooded. Prices are up and the supplies are quite rare. I even won't be able to get one from the last 3 weeks.

Because 5 years is my usual downtime between PC's...

And with the console gen lasting this long i might not even have to replace the video card in the middle...
