Then it must be from Steam.

Only to be on the safe side, you did activated bloom from the game, not from the launcher?

2.5.2016 - AMD created a new info page about upcoming architecture Polaris
7.5.2016 - Nvidia introduced new GeForce GTX 1080 & GeForce GTX 1070
State of support of Asynchronous Shaders under DX12 remains unknown. Probably without change, ie presented but without effective support.
29.7.2016 - Will be the last day when you can upgrade to Windows 10 for free.

What is opinion of using T.V. as computer monitor? Will image or performance quality be better or worse for any activities and any specific setup or hardware required?

I was thinking about getting this, but not sure if it's worth: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-50- ... Id=5185184

Well, I guess that it won't be any good for normal things. But it would be good for gaming, vids, etc.., ie things which benefits from projection.

I have my PC next to my big screen TV, and there are upsides and downsides.

Plus: gaming (when playing a game you need full attention to play) and watching movies, Youtube stuff etc.
Minus: writing, Internet surfing etc. doesn't work very well. Also, if you're the kind of guy who likes to have the TV on while using a PC, that's also hard to do.

My solution: I have two cables going from my PC - one goes to a normal screen next to me, and one goes to the TV. I can choose which one to use. :)

I see. Compared to using multiple computer monitors or T.V., which do you guys think would be better?

Again, depends on what you want to do on it. If do stuff on the computer, then a monitor.
Note that there are also monitors with integrated TV tuners, so basically mini TVs that can be used as monitors comfortably. Can't watch that on a couch though.

Looking forward to RX 480 graphics card, it ought to be a killer card. Exactly nVidia price killer. So good for everyone!

BTW I configured my MikroTik home network. Procrastinated with that for two years and now I have it.

Not perfect but at least few levels better. Put my RB951 tada, in job.

30.6.2016 - AMD released new GPU architecture Polaris. Fine example of RX 480 here.

This is mainstream graphic card for mainstream price (finally!) Sucessor of R9 380X and vivid provocateur of R9 390 and GTX 970. Like in where, mostly in DX12 optimised performance, where nVidia generally lacks.

And, the best of it, you should be able to play H7 or SS remake here, it also claims that it's ready for Virtual Reality and supports VP9 (youtube videos) and HEVC (for example in DVB-T2, so in captures from your Smart TV)

Above that it supports FreeSync, with compatible FreeSync monitors to prevent motion tearing in games. And EyeFinity for multi monitor setup but that was supported on most previous models too.

So, good card? YES for casual pc users.

If you mean your gaming platform to be more serious and have the cash. Look higher!! An if not, you are right here :-D
And if you still prefer just DX11 titles let me to say, that GTX970 - have discount, guess why..

Disadvantages:
- lenght of card would use some reduction
- energy consumption reguire a better board however 500W PSU suffice

Would you say the RX480 is a better choice than the R9 390. It is certainly cheaper, but I don't quite understand why. Is MSI still best version?

The first reference cards are all the pretty same, so the vendor doesn't matter. They are identical. If you have time it may be very wise to wait on some non-referenced cards.

RX 480 is going to replace R9 380X although it can perform similary as R9 390 - that's a great fact. But just future will say, where there everywhere that happen.

Which explains the price, RX 480 - is mainstream card (ie for casual gamers) whereas R9 390 is the first of the high end cards. The prices are likely to align, until R9 390(X) will be sold out. And in next year replaced by RX 490.

Cool, I'm glad I didn't shell out $300+ before in that case.

So all of these are equivalent? http://www.microcenter.com/search/searc ... =pricehigh

I will wait for non-referenced cards. :)

I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers for my Belkin N300 wireless USB internet and then it stopped working. I bought this for $63 for the time being but I was wondering if I can do better since I have a couple of weeks to return or exchange. I'm not exactly sure what features I should be looking for. I just bought the most expensive one :(

@mr.hackcrag
This should be good, it does support 802.11ac and classic 802.11 a/b/g/n, when they say that's dual band and with mimo antennas. Of course, with 802.11ac you need a router on the other side, working in the same standard - otherwise you are back to 802.11n mostly.

Check if the port is working at all, connect flash disk or your mouse here. Check if device itself is reporting when you plug it in. If you have more ports, ensure that you are using USB3.0 one.

What OS do you have? Did you tried manual reinstallation from Device Manager, it's identified here?
Windows 7/8 Press Microsoft+Pause choose "Device Manager" check if it's here identified or like and unknown device. Perhaps when you see it you have other unknown device?

Right click on the device to see an offer to Update or Uninstall, for manual choose from Update "Browse my computer for driver software" there first or second choice if the first one do not show list of devices to install.

If it does have any led, it will blink usually, after connected to usb port.

Do you have latest version?

They do not mention different hardware revisions, so it should be all.

I have windows 10. The old Belkin N300 USB I was using was old and windows 10 didn't exist then. Official website doesn't have recent updates and driver installer only mentioned windows 7. But that doesn't explain why I was able to use it on windows 10 for so long until I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers.

Old USB doesn't blink any more. All ports working fine. Does it matter if I use ports on top of PC near power button or behind PC? Right click didn't offer install option. Troubleshoot mentioned something about missing drivers and also couldn't connect to router. I think it is some kind of driver problem.

The most expensive new options at the store were these two and I chose Netgear one. Which is better?

Seems like Netgear is better choice but to know it in reality you would need to test it and quite extensively. Anyway tiltable antenna is what makes to choose.

If it doesn't blink neither is recognized WHEN "ports are ok" and "it blinked before" trash it! :D

Yes, USB ports matter. In ideal world they wouldn't but we are not living in laboratory. Hence, these on the back - directly from mainboard are usually best ones.

Because these in the front have long cables (compared to none from the back) which incline to interference and physical damage. Lastly the front ones could have just not even 500mA whereas back ones are sometimes stronger (they are closer to keep 500mA for USB2 or 900mA for USB3), depends on board - but it would be written here, like Quick Charge suppport.

Sure it can be a driver problem but it could be also damaged. If you try to remove drivers and install them again you will see. Easier if you will try that on another computer.

According to software it came with, I tend to get between 50-144 mbps signal. Is that good?

Signal or real speed? Easiest is to prepare some reference 5GB file and push it through.
