It didn't, no, but I'm sure those are easily available. With this mouse, though, I don't need one, since it can be held in any position. :)

Thinking about doing some changes to the ranking system ... either adding som stuff or maybe giving somebody a cool new special rank ...

Worked out at home today. :)

5x10 push-ups
5x20 sit-ups
3x30 squats
3x10 bird-dogs

Tested my pulse watch too. Seems to be working.

I actually wasn't sure what it was called in English, so I just used a simple translation of the Norwegian term, which is taken from the Pointer (the type of hunting dog that takes a stance and "points" towards the bird it tracks).

Doing a bit of research, though, it turns out that the excercise actually is called "the bird dog". :)
