I'm doing 3D modelling this week. It would seem I don't completely suck at it. Which is nice :)

I'm doing a study on what's more interesting: Watching paint dry or watching the grass grow. Each has its benefits. Which one do you prefer?

Watching the grass grow on fast forward. :p

Seriously. Is your study actually: how many people buy something like this as a real study? :P

It's a personal study. If you had to choose, which one would it be, and why.

I'd watch the grass grow, because I don't like the smell of fresh paint. So I'd go find a nice spot to watch grass grow, on a meadow, near a creek, wherever, far from noise, on a day with good weather.

I'd join you, but those moments are best spent completely alone, aren't they. :)

Each has their positive and negative arguments.

With paint, your inside when it rains and the fumes can be a bonus.
With grass, your outside, and you have many distractions.

It's a tough choice for these exciting ways to pass time when your bored.

I'm first for watching the grass and then to paint it. This will be a good day, indeed! :D

How about you paint the guard rails on my porch. They really need it. The you could sit in my nice quite back yard and watch the grass and the paint at the same time.

;)

That sounds like a lot of work to me. I'd rather be bored than do that much work. Not unless there were some Adult sodas invovled. But at least you eliminated my ability to choose. :idea:

Which brings me to the next most powerful debatable question in the world;

What holds you back from doing the best job you can do at work? Desire or ability. Now, for the skeptics, there are no inbetween or obscure answers. Just these two, and why you picked it.

1.st of May tomorrow. It's the day of the year where the working class get together, hold speaches on their rights as a working people, and of course drink tons of beer. Over the years though, it's not only the working class that joins in on the fun. Everyone gets all socialist and have fun. Gonna be great! :D

Yeah, well, couldn't they have put the day on a weekday instead of a Saturday? :disagree:
