My friends tell me I must be one of the only people in the world who doesn't use Twitter, Facebook, Friendster, or any of the multitude of social networking sites in the world ...

But then, I'd much rather game or post on forums when I have free time.

I don't get it - what is so special about twittering? Nowadays it's almost like if you're not twittering, you don't exist in internet. Everybody is in Twitter, even my mom. Meh. I've seen how it works and it's not for me. Now blogging is something entirely else - I was doing it for 2 years and would never prefer Twitter instead.

I agree with you. I made a twitter account cause I wanted to see what it was, and it's utterly stupid imo

I've made two twits though...both hateful.

Twitter is interesting when used by game companies to let out news and stuff, coz it's faster etc., but people twittering random bs is as annoying as when they do it for real... so it's like any other social networking thing...

I'm active on two forums, one local, one national. I check in on this forum from time to time. I have two Email accounts. I run a unique business where I can be found more often than at home. I do not Tweet, Myspace, Facebook, Yahoo IM or any of that other crap. Don't even have a cell phone. I'm old school. If you really want to find me or speak to me, look me up in the phone book. My life is far to busy to be bothered with idiots sending me electronic messages about what they ate for breakfast or how healthy their morning dump was. Or WORSE - "What ya doing? I'm bored. Talk to me." GEEES! Get a life people.
