BSG was great until season 4.5. When this show started, Cylons "had a plan". But when season 4 started:
Author 1: So what is the plan?
Author 2: We ever had any plan?
Author 3: I thought we had...
Author 1: OK. OK. We put some Deus Ex Machina at end and all will be happy.

Maybe I am "corrupted" by B5 story but ending of BSG was major let down for me. If this show ended without season 4.5, it maybe be a lot better. There still be some unanswered questions but overall story IMO would be better.

IMO is started getting weak in the 2nd season... too much angst. Had some good moments after, but it never was in the running with B5 after s1 for me...

As for the plan, the movie called The plan showed that they never had one besides "kill the humans coz mommy didn't love me enough".

Just got the news today that the Spartacus main actor died due cancer a little while ago. This is a pity. A sad way to die.

Now they have found a younger actor to replace him for the 2nd season. But the series will surely have some impact with this change.

I kind of got lost after the 1st season. A few episodes of the 2nd, but ultimately I just dropped it, moved on to other stuff.

I like the characters from NCSI, Gibbs, Ducky, Abby, and the children. But the show itself is pretty much propaganda if I ever saw any :( Get's quite annoying after a while. When they killed off Kate and brought in the annoying Israeli arse, that was the last straw ...

Recently been watching Columbo, Once Upon A Time ... Life, some stuff by Stefan & Krister (don't worry, anyone who isn't a viking has probably never heard of them XD), and Whose Line Is It Anyway.

Did you guys see the new Looney Toons series?

This is one of teh Merrie Melodies from it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Oe7Q8OCm5I

The modified old songs aren't as great as the originals, but the series is funny enough... (still no duck dodgers though)

Now, that's something worthly to watch. I hope we see more The Wizard adventures soon. ;)
On the other hand, how many decades we had to wait before Duck Dodgers get his own show after one cartoon created long ago?

Oh hey, Star Trek: The Next Generation will be remastered much like TOS was! Awesome! So almost everything from the Star Trek franchise will now be CGI, with the exception of the TOS movies No. 2-6 (the first one was remastered, too). Also, TNG already used some CGI, so it would be interesting if those who are to remaster it would be able to get the original models and just use more detailed textures and more polygons.

I've just bought the whole series, but I must buy it again if it's remastered. :)

You know, no one would bash Lucas if he didn't hold back the untouched versions like an arsehole...

Han shot first, dammit. And get rid of posterboy for the final spectral form scene in Return ... and give me the real Anakin back.

Not true, Greedo shot first. :D

@TT
I think Lucasfilm released original (read: unedited) Trilogy some times ago and it is available to buy.

Me wonders, why Lucas always change something unnecessarily in his films but he never fix TIES-coming-from-no-where in Return of the Jedi for example or other visible errors?

Aldeeran also shot first!

And the unedited (or at least minimally edited) version you're referring to is probably the original VHS release... i don't think you can buy them unless it's a used version...

Two and a half men! Hilarious show, but got much worse without Charlie imho... "Ideal", a British sitcome, very funny
"Extras" - this one is made in GB as well, I love British humor, absurd but so funny! Recommended
