Nah.
The great thing about LoM is that it ENDS. Brillantly.
But of course all that is debatable.

I do like shows that end before they have been stretched too long. The West Wing should have ended just after season 4. Btw. Firefly has an ending too... it's called Serenity. :D

Premature end...

B5: planned, and followed through pretty much as planned, with an end.

Yes, that was good... except for Ivanova's leaving... that wasn't planned, was it? I found it strange that Christian left just after having delivered her best acting performance of the series..

JMS followed through despite several unexpected hurdles. And planning a five-year story, you must be prepared for unexpected problems. Foreseeable unforeseeable difficulties, as it were.

He handled it well; summarized quickly and moved on, whilst leaving traces of her still in the show - being mentioned and all. Too many shows move on from story lines without proper explanation and later reference. Are you listening, Aaron Sorkin?

Make watching reality shows a ban-punishable offence? I second the motion. Anyone else? :D

As I'm watching State of Play, that immense Scottish accent of Kelly Macdonald half annoys me, half turns me on. If you don't know the girl, think Trainspotting, Elizabeth, Gosford Park, Finding Neverland, Nanny McPhee and No Country for Old Men.

I've been to Scotland and girls with that accent are really sexy; guys on the other hand sound like yobos. ;)

Anyone still watching Prison Break? Well, it ended yesterday with a quite shocking but satisfying finale. B-)

Just heard they're renewing Scrubs for a ninth series despite falling ratings and the loss of Zach Braff.
