Changing the henchman?

I started playing wog again, and I don't remember if I can change my henchman? If yes, how do I do it?

Right click on the banner in the upper right of your hero's screen, isn't it?

I don't see any banner. Is it a bug? Because I couldn't see the commander icon in the campaign mode either.

Every hero has a banner on the upper right corner, when you double click on the hero's portrait. It's the same banner (color/graphic) what you see in the left of the player when you select it in the advanced setting menu at the start.

Oh, that. I thought there was a separate icon for a henchman. Thanks anyway.
