Bug with Soul Eaters Animate Dead Spell

Seems that the Animate Dead Spell from Soul Eater Commander is bugged when used in conjunction with Stack Experience and lvl4/lvl5 creatures.

Tried to Animate fallen Vampire Lords and it didnt work for that Stack. (as if its already at full stacksize / a > lvl 5 creature).
(commanders mp = 15, no ad casted yet)

Further checks showed, that the spell works in the same situation on that Stack if the Stack Experience rank is below 6 (until Veteran).
If its Adept it doesnt work anymore.

I think its because the rank6 gives that stack +30% hp = 52 hp for a Vampire Lord. (veteran = 50 hp , w/o +hp artifacts)
Possible explanation : Maybe Soul Eaters Animate Dead fails to work on creatures > 50 hp/ unit due to the creature lvl check is made by creatures hp ?

Im kinda courious if this can be fixed or if its intended

This will be fixed and will be up to 80 or even 100 health in 3.59, so can work with stack experience as well.

Afaik its hardcoded so i guess that bug cant be hotfixed with some changed scriptlines ?

just googled this bug and found this post from 7 yrs ago.
has this already been fixed somehow or not yet?

No idea. Try WoG 3.59alpha build to see. ;)

50 HP is the max. No bug, this is how is hardcoded.
