I want to make a list of changes concerning the heroes (give them a real unique specialty, and more) so I need some information.

Does anyone know how to find the primary skills progression of the planeswalker and the elementalist ?

If a hero is a secondary skill specialist, and if this skill has been redone through wog, does the specialty affect the new bonuses (e.g. can First aid specialists resurrect more creatures after a battle than non-specialists ?)

Does anyone know what exactly does a spell specialist ? How much more damage, or other bonuses...

The one who answers these questions saves my life... :D

It should be included in hCtraits.txt extracted from lod file. You can read it with ERM editor. Or read the (AB) manual.

"Enhanced" effects are handled via ERM. Most of the scriptwriters are too lazy to write something for skill specialist heroes. So I guess NO.

It is covered at HC library. IIRC non-damage spells give fixed bonus, direct damage spells (including resurrection/reanimate dead) give hero lvl dependent bonus. IIRC 3% *INT(hero lvl/creature lvl).

Thanks man, it will help me a lot, except for one thing.

There's a description of the new classes in the AB manual, but no table with skills progression, and I don't know how to extract .lod files :D

You can extract from lod files by using resedit for example.

And you will find resedit here.

Sorry, I' pretty sure that this question has been solved for a long time :

If I make changes in HCTRAITS.txt and insert it in h3bitmap.lod, I'll see these changes in the game, right ?

I used to put those things simply to DATA folder. It works.

I've seen changes with SOD and WoG but not with erathia.

My main ideas about the changes I mentioned above are listed in two files : one deals with the heroes unique abilities, the second is about primary skills progression and other options for classes.
