How to get Grail to conflux?

Hi.
This is kind a new for me, so I'm sorry if this topic is wrong.

I want to have grail (in option "all towns" have grail) even if there's a conflux. I've read, that it's possible, when you have active script93 (enchanced grail), but I don't have any in my game folder.

I have version WOG 3.58f.
Does anyone know, ho to make it?
