Gods of War[3.57f] gem pile problem

I am almost finished it but I cannot access town ,where I have to build grail structure in order to win , because of spawning monsters and resources every week (internal script). Please ,take a look at screenshot.

I can only teleport with Dimension Door from south on location which is occupied by pile of gems and that pile is a problem.

Is there any way to remove this pile with memory hex editors like ArtMoney? Or change owner of that town so I could recruit hero there,pick up gems,dismiss hero and remove my ownership of that town so I could normally conquer it? Or teleport hero (with memory hex editor) to unoccupied location on north ?(I have Fly spell)

I would appreciate any help, because this map is real hell and I don't have nerves to play it over again.

I did it . I've found memory addresses for heroes location and change it to location of a gem pile.
