King's Bounty: Legions

Postby Darmani » Aug 27 2011, 4:00

There's a new Facebook game based on King's Bounty: The Legend called King's Bounty: Legions (http://apps.facebook.com/kingsbountylegions/), created by....Nival.

I've just started playing it. So, far it seems to basically be the basic combat mechanics of King's Bounty (somewhat simplified), with the constant stream of "Quest: Kill 5 Peasants" that MMOs are fond of, and, of course, the ability to spend real money to buy powerful abilities such as the ability to see how much health creatures have.

Some of the changes I find hilarious. For example, the "Dark Griffin" uses the graphics of the Royal Griffin.

I was excited for a moment because I thought this might be a full fledged sequel, but when I realized it's a Facebook MMO I only ended up throwing up in my mouth a little.

Speaking of KB, I should really kick myself to finish KB:Legend.
